Q: What areas do you cover?

Airport Taxi Bristol mainly cover the Bristol and surrounding areas. However, we are not limited to these area’s. Please give us a call as we are very willing to travel to any lengths to offer a quality professional service to our customers.

Q: Are your prices per car or per person?

Our Prices are per journey, we always ensure the safety of our passengers, and vehicles are priced accordingly.

A journey in is priced more if for a larger group, as a larger vehicle like 8 seater might be involved. However, this may be much more value for money when split between the passengers.

Q: How much luggage can I take?

Obviously there is a physical limit to how much luggage that can be physically carried, per vehicle. Every Passenger can carry 1 suitcase and a small bag. Any extra luggage can be carried depending on the vehicle specification.

Q: How do I know my booking has been accepted?

You should get a confirmation to alert you regarding the booking. 

Q: What if I cannot locate my driver?

 Please call the office on +44 (0)80 0246 5418 if this is the case. We monitor our vehicles and can locate your driver to direct them to you. It is handy to sight a landmark or describe the colour of your luggage or clothing, any non personal detail to identify you in the crowd.

Q: What if I wish to cancel and want a refund?

There are terms and conditions available from the office on +44 (0)80 0246 5418.

Each scenario differs, but please call the office with 24 hours notice and talk to our friendly operators.

 

Q: Will I be charged extra if my flight is delayed?

Delayed flights are not a problem, as we are running a professional and reliable taxi service. We attempt to keep an eye on your flight arrival time.

Extra charges should not apply, unless the waiting time is over an hour. You may discuss this with your professional driver.

 

Q: What if I miss my flight?

These thing happen in a real world, if this happens, please inform us so we can redirect your driver for when your new arrival time. 

We strive to run a professional and reliable taxi service, our drivers would be happy to meet you for your new arrival time and date.  

 

Q: What does the price include?

The price you quoted is the price you pay includes free pick up from your requested point of collection.

Q: How early do I need to book?

Normal bookings are eight hours in advance.
